Consistency is Key!
I’m teaching myself this valuable lesson among other habits. 😉
Today the 28th, Tuesday, I am filled with images of Cycles, Completion, Tuesdays, the God Ogun fierce Warrior over Chaos, Adversity, and Untruths! So much around us need to be restored to proper natural balance, transparency, empowered simplicity, and truth for ALL to prosper and thrive in harmony with Nature and the Cosmos. I am still in love with these ideals in spirit, soul and human form.
What a journey these past few weeks have been, so much beautiful change. Not only physical gains but emotional, spiritual, mental, intellectual changes, shifts and transitions – small deaths and rebirths, releasing, letting go and realizing, empowering and aligning with greater energies and truths.
This morning, I was up at 4 am in meditation and contemplation. My Fitness journey doesn’t end today of course this is just a milestone on the path of greater physical spiritual wholistic wellness. I am in the early days of the 21 Day Fix Extreme program. Being on a mostly Vegetarian and Vegan nutrition plan has been different for me. I found snapshots of my nutrition journal yesterday and was amazed at what I was eating in 2013 and 2014! But glad I had these journals to assess my stats and variables. My new journal entries are detailed and precise. I am Loving this Energy I am cultivating. And READY for my next milestone! Here’s to the Fit Warriors, the Love Warriors, the Nature Warriors, the Art Warriors, the Health Warriors, and everyone in between!

Hero’s Journey – One More Time (Planks ! )
Happy Day 29 ♥ – Cardio, Upper Body and Abs!
Yeah almost at Day 30 of my 30 Day Fitness Challenge! Very excited for this completion and ready for the next 30 days (wink). The Hero’s Journey last a total of 60 Days and the 21 Day Fix Extreme (Beachbody program) lasts another 16 ? days! NO WAY I’m stopping now, my birthday is coming up! (smile). I’m keeping a great journal of my daily Fitness and Nutrition stats and hitting my Caloric goals. Leaning out and toning up before going back to lifting! yeah!!!

Leg Day done! I”m ready for this Ab routine!! I’m drenched in sweat! ♥ I love working out in the early morning. The rest of my day is mine!;-)
Yesterday I had to sleep extra hours which is probably just ‘normal’ sleep cycle to recover from these routines. But I’m not complaining. I ran my dog who I call Anpu who is usually feisty, bull headed and brazen for his miniature size. About 2 hills away from home I turn to speak to someone and notice he is stretched out tongue sideways out of his tiny mouth under a tree completely stuck from further movement. I was blown away! “Come on little man, we got 2 more hills to sprint! We can do this!” It was 11 ish am and the Southern Sun was in full swing. I made a mental note to NEVER EVER attempt to run after 11 am in the South, it’s brutal. But I’m sure I got all the Super Melinated Vitamin D energy transmission and intra-cellular synthesis. Because when I woke up from sleep I was no longer sore!!! Yeah, MORE WORK to the Next Level We go! ♥

Day 28 ♥ Hero’s Journey – Under the Stars
Reaching for my Coconut Water just now I found my cup empty! It was a heck of a workout! My first Plyo Fix Extreme routine! Had me drenched in sweat hating the 1 arm rotations! But I got through the first routine and added a second. I will spend my evening catching up on yoga! Gonna finish up the Hero’s Journey and have an 1/4 Avocado Seaweed Wrap!

It’s 6:45 am and I’m dripping wet, feeling energized, body cooling, Sun coming up, blissings to Khepra, eternity, dispelling illusions from within and in our outerworld, and truly celebrating divine knowing and focus on truth! I’ve been busy with lectures, readings, studies, notes, and innerstanding. All through out my workout these images were floating through my inner universe. So much to be in awe and wonder of so much to be truly thankful for! This knowledge and memory allows me to see the body, the physical in a whole new perspective, to see myself in new light, to see the in a more unified way (smiling) is a beautiful and powerful path.
Hero’s Journey Day 22 ♥ – Allies (Planks)
Yes, Be Inspiring simply by being who you are! Dig deep enough to go that extra mile, those extra minutes, that extra rep, it may hurt but YOU are worth it! The first 30 may be a bit difficult but the next 30 will make you that much stronger! (wink) It feels like so much is transforming in my life I’ve hardly had time for facebook, instead I’m planning, learning and educating myself in areas I’ve always been most passionate about – much has changed and being created. Not just a better (stronger) body – but a stronger mind, willpower and action – oriented self! I’m still vegan + vegetarian. I’m on my way to 3 months natural hair. And full of excitement, gratitude and love!
I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in months! Unfortunately, I had a truly busy day out and about with my daughter! I had time to only finish my abs routine! Which I will make up for tomorrow (later today!) I’ve also begun new studies in Sustainability. I actually read a whole book in one setting, soaking up information like crazy. It’s both scary and ecstatic! I am so grateful! I wore shorts today and was told that my short hair is inspiring and beautiful! (big smile)
So I’m up at 5:30 am and ready for a workout! My abs should be sore from yesterdays struggle but upon waking they don’t seem to be hurting. What a shock! Okay I will keep this short and sweet! And write more this weekend, for now I’m ready to warm up, sweat and get ready for a meeting! Have a beautiful weekend FitFam! Stay motivated, dedicated, disciplined, determined and in ‘hotep’ aka balance!
So I’m REALLY SORE right now, hurting all over! In the midst of my move, I’m organizing the rest of my year and the new school year ahead, making goals, being grateful, feeling love, sharing passion. I have a sense of crystal clarity that feels amazing and powerful and in spite of my physical (muscle building) pain, I love this energy! Here’s to pushing forward and getting that work!
