Basil Coco-Nuts Ice Cream – (V+GF) – Raw Food

One of favorite of all ice creams believe it or not is a this Basil ..yes! Fresh organic herbal basil and coconut ice cream! (soo awesome)

Ingredients
1 can Coconut Milk
1 tspn Vanilla Extract
2 tspn Agave Nectar (organic)
1 package fresh basil herbs

 

 

Place 1 can of coconut milk in Vitamix, add vanilla extract, agave, and fresh basil leaves. Blend starting from level 1 to 10, then high volume for 15 seconds, reduce speed back down from 10 to 2 add shaved coconut to blended mixture. The basil should be completely blended and green. As blend in coconut dont blend on high speed. Take out and place in container to freeze.

Chia Cocoa Berry Pudding  

If only this was instant,but it’s worth the overnight wait! Chocolate Chia puddhing is soo wonderful, topped with fresh organic berries and granola! (french hand kiss to the lips!)

1 – 1/2 cups of Almond Milk
1/3 cup organic Chia Seeds
1/4 cup raw Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
Toppings:
Fresh organic Strawberries (or berries of choice)
Walnuts
Granola
Add Chia, Almond Milk, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract and Maple Syrup together in a bowl. You can mix ingredients or blend ingredients to smooth consistency. When done place in fridge to sit overnight.  Next day or 4-5 hours later you can add your toppings! InJoy!

Fruity (Breakfast) Chia Pudding – (V) – Raw

fruity_chia_pudding Ingredients
1 – 1/2 cups of Coconut Milk
1/3 cup organic Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup fresh  mango
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen pineapples (or fresh blend)

 

Add Chia, Coconut Milk,  Vanilla Extract and Maple Syrup together in a bowl. You can mix ingredients or blend ingredients to smooth consistency. When done place in fridge to sit overnight (or 4-5 hours when mixture has reached a pudding-like consistency).  Place yoru cherry layer in a cup or bowl, then add chia pudding, add mango layer, repeat chia pudding, add pineapple layer, then add pepita seeds (or whip cream!) InJoy!
