I’m always in awe of the women who, after children or child birth come back into ‘alignment,’ get focused and reduced the baby weight! It’s pretty easy to boast how great you look when you’re in your early 20s and childless. I can say it cause I’ve evolved from both lives; as a mother of twin boys and a daughter. I’m truly impressed by the woman who defies her age, so called bad genetics, baby fat, and her past self!  Give me a “real true grit” story I can root for and I’m your biggest cheerleader! Can you loose the weight and get fit? Yes, You Can!

Most of us want to look like we did in high school and in our 20s prior to conceiving children. Perhaps, you just want to loose significant pounds and up to this point don’t know how to do it successfully. Once you have defined and set your fitness, wellness, nutrition goals its time to get to work. Start out small with results in mind and build stamina, strength, perseverance and fortitude.  Need some help getting started?
