Okay so I’m on a search to find the BEST Athletic Vegan homemade protein bars!
I have not tried them myself so I’m in the gather information phase and will follow up with my own how – to video or recipe! Since I workout and truly LOVE athletics in many forms I think I owe it to myself to put my feet in it lol Searching on Youtube I found the non vegan forms better for some reason, well for one, they are simple. I like simple. Add some vegan favorites but keep it simple, why not? I saw a few vegan chefs who by the looks of their bodies do not train or have consistent fitness routines and their recipes were complicated and long, some where even baked!! BAKED?!! I didn’t understand that lol Not against baking by why if you don’t have too?
So here’s what I found! Bon Apetit! I will be returning to this post to update and add my own recipe but I’m getting ready to travel and will be out and about the next few days!!!! Yeah!

This recipe has peanut butter but I only use almond butter and organic almonds in my recipes! You can add your peanut butter or almonds but have fun!
