Sprinting is so awesome! I didn’t find out until last night just how effective these interval exercises truly can be. After doing them in the early morning, about half way through my day I noticed I felt and looked different. I could actually see my belly fat disappearing! This has been the most difficult area of my body to reduce fat. True I’ve been in full submission of my nutrition plan – no bread, no sugary snacks, no late night eating! But this fast? I was amazed at how I felt almost instantly after doing the Sprint – Jog and Hills intervals.  So I started to investigate, here’s what I found!

Fact: You can burn more calories doing intervals of jogging and sprinting then a full class of regular yoga! Want to reduce belly fat and get lean muscle- Sprint!  According to research (Colorado State University) you can burn an extra 200 calories by doing just 2.5 minutes of sprint intervals.  

This is what a sprint interval looks like:

  • 30 seconds of full-on sprinting
  • 30 to 90 seconds of jogging or walking

The only kickback is swimming may increase your appetite so eat low sugar, whole foods with lots of healthy leafy greens and whole grains!

In 2008, I had a vision or dream that we (human beings) needed to live more closely to Nature, Mother Father Earth, in a cooperative, peaceful existence among regardless of tribal (cultural) affiliation. Since then I’ve been in awe of technology that can and have been used to help elevate this planet and our human family.

Once I discovered the ‘discovery’ of free energy and the many technologies that support a whole new web of living – I was both amazed and deeply saddened that most people were not aware of this or taking the necessary steps to make the changes we truly needed to make on this planet. Again I felt, I was born just way to early to feel completely at ‘home.’

When I discoverded the works of Dr. Royal Rife, and Nikola Tesla and even contemporaries like Dr. Sebi I became further disillusioned. That we as a humanity, human kind, human race or man had ways to go before truly making the progress I have dreamed of and remembered.

Today I feel we can continue to educate, inspire and make the small changes necessary for our childrens’ children. The technologies and inventions of the early centuries are being used today and will continue to be the foundation of so called modern green technology. I am even more hopeful that people with concentrated carbon (or melanin) can do our part in this evolution by invoking and awakening cellular memory to better use these technologies already in place within the geo grid systems.
