Try to get in your 30 minutes, walking, running, jogging, cycling, and of course, push up, sit ups, burpees, push ups, and planks! Keep building and you will see results.
I usually do these at the gym with a 70 or 80 lb barbell in sets of 3-4 12 reps each. But I will be doing more sets with no weights. After my Run/Sprint I use the stairs and lunge up the cases.
