Ahh Today is LEG DAY and I’m full of DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness : Muscle soreness that occurs 1-2 days after an exercise training session) from my Bubble Booty Workout and yesterday’s Cycle Class ( which included 2 separate workouts; Abdominal Power, and Bicep/Back training)! Im sore as heck! But no excuses, right, Rest Day is not until Saturday,  so lets keep it going!

In spite of the drama Im going through with my past employer and considering whether to file an EEOC claim, or just curl up and accept the injustice I feel consumed with right now, Im learning to shift my focus, when needed, and to STAY MOTIVATED, consciously dwell in MOMENTS OF ECSTATIC BEING, and LISTEN AND ACT UPON DREAMS that fuel the fire of LOVE, PASSION, PURPOSE AND INNER HAPPINESS! (just writing those words make me smile and fuzzy happy inside!)
